I have tried to complete the installation of frameless shower glass in my bathroom for 6+ months. With other companies, it was either no-shows, no call backs or could not coordinate effectively. Essentially, horrible customer service. With NJNY it was a completely easy and seamless experience. I received a call quickly, and Willy came to measure within a few days. The glass was installed quickly and with not even a smudge of dirt left behind. Throughout the process, I received updates on when the glass was ordered and received and timely responses to coordinate installation. Overall, the entire process and resulting work was superb. I d highly recommend NJNY.

Willy came out for the measurements and was just as professional and personable - quickly coming up with a solution and offering a fair price. I am a home builder in Hoboken, NJ and have been using NJ/NY Glass for years. All of the work he does--shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings--are always of the highest quality. I remember him saying to me once that the job always has to be perfect because his sign is out front and that there was no way he would settle for a job not done perfectly. Willie is also a very nice guy and is easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Terrific work! Beautiful doors were installed in my 3 bathrooms - you can't imagine how it dressed them up. Really knows his stuff - and, was able to get a quote and the doors installed quickly. Willy (owner) comes to do the work himself with an assistant. Great experience.

Willy was punctual and professional. His bid was very competitive and I chose him based on reviews. The actual shower door installation had an unforeseeable technical difficulty and took him 1 extra day when a part was damaged. He was very straightforward about what happened and his plan to deal with it even though I was not home at the time. Other contractors may have tried to pass off the damaged part and hope for the best. It's when things don't go to plan that contractors show their true colors, and Willy passed this test brilliantly. 1 extra day is nothing compared to getting the job done right.
